The Advebs Reseller Partner Program for Flowlett

This program is in place to help you take Flowlett to your new and existing customers in such a way that you gain valuable product and service revenue for your business.


What is Advebs' role in the Reseller Partner relationship?

As a Advebs Reseller Partner, Advebs will provide you with:

  1. 1. Technical training and reseller support
  2. 2. Sales tools and training
  3. 3. Marketing collateral, and tools
  4. 4. Commissions on Subscription Sales on a Quarterly basis


What's required of you?

As a representative of Advebs, Advebs expects you to act with professionalism and integrity in your customer relationships and to sell Flowlett to customers under the Advebs Reseller Partner Terms & Conditions

Who is a good fit for this program?

Based on our early experience, you will be a great fit if:

  1. 1. You are interested in, and want to, grow your business.
  2. 2. You have customers who trust you and look to you for technology guidance.
  3. 3. You have customers who have a pressing requirement for sales, marketing or business development automation.
  4. 4. You go beyond technology implementation and provide business guidance on technology adoption.


How can you make money with a SaaS model?

Flowlett has two useage plans. The STANDARD Plan is a On-Demand (SaaS) Multi-tenancy delivery model. The PLUS Plan has a choice of Single-tenancy Hosted delivery model AND a On-Premise (commercial OTS) model.

On both plans, you can make money by:
  1. 1. Earning a commission on the periodic subscription or licensing fees
  2. 2. Providing deployment services including installation (for On-Premise), account and user setup, user training etc.
  3. 3. Offering an on-going support plan
  4. 4. Developing custom interfaces and integration to your customers' systems using the Flowlett APIs


How do I sign up for the Advebs Reseller Partner Program?

You can sign up for the Advebs Reseller Partner Program by completing a short application form at: http://www.advebs.com/partnerapp.html.

Once accepted as a Partner, Advebs will give you a SPECIAL CODE to use for customer signups. This code is unique to you. It needs to be entered at Account signup time to claim credit for the subscription sale. If the code is not entered at signup time, no credit can be claimed for the subscription sale.

Who provides Support to my customers?

The short answer is - you or Flowlett or both. You decide this.

For the Flowlett STANDARD plan, Flowlett Support is via GetSatisfaction.com/flowlett and via email. For the PLUS plan, Advebs can offer an optional Telephone Support.
